The recipe of the week: From Gekkeikan Sake’s website:
2 parts Gekkeikan Sake
½ part cranberry juice
1 part fresh grapefruit juice
Peel from ¼ a grapefruit
Peel from ½ a lemon
1 bar spoon sugar
Muddle the grapefruit peel, lemon peel and
sugar in a mixing glass. Add Gekkeikan Sake,
grapefruit juice and cranberry juice. Shake well
over ice and ﬁne strain into a tall glass with
fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
