For the cocktail of the week, try out this: The Lapu Lapu from the Disney World Polynesian resort’s Tambu Lounge

2 oz Myer’s dark rum
2 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
3 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1 part sweet and sour (instead it is recommended to use one part simple syrup/agave syrup to two parts fresh lemon juice)
Shake with crushed ice and float 1 oz of Bacardi.
