AM² Wrap Up and Pictures
AM², WarpPortal Lounge, Maestia, and more.
So this past weekend (6/15-6/17) WarpPortal had an awesome lounge set up for anyone to use at the convention. There were tables, chairs, and plenty of surge protectors for anyone who wanted to rest their feet, recharge their phone, or come play on their laptop. On top of this the WarpPortal staff had a ton of board and cards games for anyone to check out & play and if you were really luck you even got to play with the staff (Munchkin, and HexHex are office favorites).
However WarpPortal wasn’t just there to hang out and play, it was a good chance for us to show off Maestia: Rise of Keledus our newest upcoming title. We had a PC set up with a nice huge screen for folks to try out and ask questions. It was a lot of fun getting to meet many new people and having them play test Maestia. We gave out a bunch of Closed Beta Keys as well as a ton of coupons for free WarpPortal Energy.
All and all we had a great time meeting you all, and showcasing Maestia: Rise of Keledus.
Oda and I (Hastur) were there pretty early on Thursday to do the setting up. Check out some pictures of our journey:

The panel was a whole lot of fun for me, this was my largest panel to date. I’m not saying I am a panel veteran or anything but for me this was a great turn out. We had a lot of great questions and feedback from Veteren Ragnarok and Dragon Saga players, and a whole lot of curious questions about Maestia:Rise of Keledus, ROSE, and Requiem. We answered questions, we cracked jokes, we gave out Tshirts, Free WP Energy codes, and Maestia CBT codes.
Thanks to all those who came out to the Panel, we hope you came away with something to look forward to (along with the free SWAG of course) Good time was had by all!
Help from the Bronies
A little story time…yes it’s little long…so if you don’t want to read, go ahead and just look at the awesome pony pictures.
Oda and I(Hastur) arrived on Thursday to set up for the weekend long convention, however when we were almost done setting up we ran into a snag. One of our very large Requiem wall banners had a hole cut into it about the size of a piece of paper, more peculiar still the hole was directly over a vicious monsters face. While Oda and I looked at this sad sad disfigured banner, the Brony’s Lounge folks from Equestria L.A. decided to give us a hand with our problem, and gave us this lovely solution:
We thought this was a great solution, unfortunately for us, some over excited convention goes decided they really wanted to take PinkyPie home. By day two, our banner was once again “holey”…this caused us great sadness. The Bronys once again came to our rescue and provided us with an even more amazing solution!
This one attracted even more convention goes, and tons of pictures were taken with and of this awesome banner. Heim came up with a brilliant idea to cover one of our semi-empty walls: any Brony who would draw a pony/pony face for our Requiem monster would have their work placed on our wall, and win a free Ragnarok T-shirt. The Bronys flocked by the dozens…
Special thanks to Equestia L.A. and all the Bronys who entered. Check out close up of the Brony pictures and more pictures from AM2 from our WarpPortal Facebook!
BONUS WarpPortal Ponies and RO Fan Art!
One of our staff members is quite the artist and has begun drawing My Little Pony Versions of us around the office. We hope she draws more soon!
Also some awesome artwork from Veteren RO Players (thanks for the awesome posters guys!)
